Pickled Watermelon

1 watermelon, washed
10 liters (2.5 gallons) water
1.5-2 ounces salt
1 head of garlic (large), or 2 small ones
1 celery bunch.
Add all the ingredients to a clean pail and pickle until
taste is satisfactory. May take 2 – 3 weeks of pickling).
