The congregation is supported by a registered charity, New Shul Charitable Trust (N.S.C.T.) (no. 1103481), registered on 28 April 2004. The governing document is a Declaration of Trust executed on 29 January 2004.(x)

Hendon is a residential suburb in Northwest London with a substantial Jewish minority in the London Borough of Barnet (formed in 1965).
