About the author Alexander Yosifovich Kruglov was born in 1956 in Kharkov. Education- advanced history degree. Candidate in Philosophical studies. Docent in Philosophy in the Kharkov Technical University-radio electricity. For over 20 years has been involved in the study of Nazi genocide of the Jews. He has published many articles in the field. |
