Chernigov needs a KehilaLinks Owner: Chernigov does not have a JewishGen KehilaLinks site. Tom Erribe maintains an independent Rootsweb website for Chernigov province.

Mr. Parkansky has graciously donated to JewishGen a license to freely use this Tool on its website jewishgen.org and to provide it as a service to the different Special Interest Groups
Jewishgen has the right to adapt the SIG Website Platform Tool according to its needs as far as this license is published
