The Kielce-Radom Special Interest Group's journal, K-R SIG Journal, contains more than 200 pages of genealogical material annually. It is one of the most informative, instructional and useful publications available to Jewish genealogists, especially to those researching these two southern gubernias of the Kingdom of Poland.

Complete extracts of all Jewish marriages in the city of Checiny, 1868 to 1884, transcribed from the Russian by Dolores Lee Ring. This massive set of over 700 marriage records encompasses all the Russian-language period marriage records microfilmed by the LDS. For each marriage, our published data contains the following for both bride and groom: Year and document number, surname, given name, previous marital status, age, father's name, mother's name (including maiden name where given), and city of residence/birth. Also included are alternate surnames, maiden names of widows, and other conjectured information. The Checiny marriage records include brides and grooms from dozens of surounding towns, notably Chmielnik, Kielce, Nowy Korczyn, Lopuszno, Przedborz, Radoszyce and Wloszczowa.

Hidden Treasures in Polish Vital Records by Lauren B. Eisenberg Davis. Hints on various tidbits of information that can be found by examining the Napoleonic-style vital records of the Kindgom of Poland. The importance of witnesses and their relationships to the family, the same family with different surnames, Polish and Yiddish signatures, and survivor lists on death records.
Yizkor Books for our Region by Warren Blatt. A complete bibliography of all Yizkor books which have been published for towns which were in Kielce or Radom gubernia.
Complete extracts of all Jewish births in the city of Radom, 1810 to 1825. Extracted from the LDS microfilms of the Roman Catholic civil transcripts, by Lauren B. Eisenberg Davis. Lists year and document number; child's surname and given name; father's name, age, and occupation; mother's name (including maiden name) and age; and name of town/village of birth. Also encompasses some neighboring villages.
Complete extracts of all Jewish births recorded in the town of Ilza, 1850 to 1865. Nearly one thousand birth records, from the LDS microfilms of the Jewish civil register of Ilza (Yiddish name: "Drilch"), extracted by Carolynne Veffer. For each birth, the extract contains: the year and document ("akta") number; the child's surname and given name; father's name and age; mother's name (including maiden name) and age; and the town of birth. Note that births for the towns of Wierzbnik and Wachock and several neighboring villages were included in the Ilza registers during this period.

Also included are alternate surnames, maiden names of widows, and other conjectured information.

"Kin's Lost Gravestone Unearthed in Polish Town", by Jack Goldfarb. The author's story of the discovery of his grandfather's tombstone, dug up from a courtyard during contruction in Staszów, November 1998.
Nineteenth Century Occupations, by Lauren B. Eisenberg Davis. A statistical analysis of the distribution of the occupations of our ancestors, based upon the occupations of the fathers listed in the birth registrations of selected towns in the Kielce-Radom region for 1826-1835.
Complete extracts of all Jewish marriages in Bogoria, 1826-1877, extracted by Warren Blatt. Bogoria was a small town in Sandomierz powiat (district) of Radom gubernia. Each marriage extract includes for both bride and groom: year and document number, surname, given name, previous marital status, age, father's name, mother's name (including maiden name where given), town of residence, and a cross-reference to their birth registration. Also included are maiden names of widows, and some conjectured information.
Despite the fact the Bogoria had a very small Jewish community (Jewish population in 1897: 575), these 200 marriage extracts will be of interest to a much wider audience, because of the high percentage of inter-town marriages. Most of the marriages in Bogoria involved a bride or groom from a neighboring town. There are marriage partners from all over the Kielce-Radom area, including: Chmielnik, Dzialoszyce, Iwaniska, Klimontów, Kurozweki, Lagów, Lipsko, Nowy Korczyn, Olesnica, Olkusz, Opatów, Ostrowiec, Ozarów, Pacanów, Pinczów, Polaniec, Raków, Sandomierz, Slupia Nowa, Staszów, Stopnica, Szydlów, Tarlów, Zawichost, and dozens of local villages.
Complete extracts of all Jewish births in Bogoria, 1826-1847, extracted by Jerry Tepperman. For each birth, the extracted data includes the year and record number; surname and given name of child; father's name, age, and occupation; mother's name and age; and town or village of birth with house number.
A Journey to Radom, by Marc Weinman. A travelogue of a visit to an ancestral home town, with stops at archives, civil records offices and cemeteries.
Necrology from the Staszów Yizkor Book, transliterated from the Yiddish by Steven Weiss. The list of Holocaust martyrs from Sefer Staszow (The Staszow book), edited by Elhanan Erlich, published in Tel Aviv by the Former Residents of Staszow in Israel and in the Diaspora in 1962. Contains over 700 family groups.

Each marriage extract includes for both bride and groom: year and document number, surname, given name, previous marital status, age, father's name, mother's name (with patronymics for both), and town of residence. Also includes registrations for Koprzywnica.
Complete extracts of all Jewish deaths in Pinczów, 1810-1825, extracted from the Polish, by Heshel Teitelbaum. Data for each of these nearly 1,000 death records includes: document number; surname, given name, and age of the deceased; names of the parents of the deceased (with father's age and occupation, and mother's patronymic); house number; and names, ages, occupations and relationships of survivors. Also includes information extracted from the Hebrew signatures.
Necrology from the Opatow Yizkor Book, transliterated from the Yiddish by Steven Weiss. The list of Holocaust martyrs from Apt (Opatow); sefer zikaron le-ir va-em be-yisrael, published in Tel Aviv in 1966. Contains over 300 family groups.

Over 500 marriages, encompassing all the Radoszyce Jewish marriage records microfilmed by the LDS. For each marriage, our published data contains for both bride and groom: Year and document number, surname, given name, previous marital status, age, father's name, mother's name (including maiden name), and city of residence/birth. Also included are alternate surnames, former married names of widows, and conjectured information. Radoszyce was in Konskie powiat (district) of Radom gubernia, and these marriage records include brides and grooms from dozens of surounding towns and villages, notably Checiny, Konskie, Opoczno, Przedborz, Przysucha, Szydlow, and Wloszczowa.
