  • (i) In the initial listings in Jewish Year Books 1930 the congregation appeared without a street number.

  • (ii) Based upon the first listing of the congregation in the Jewish Year Book 1929.

  • (iii) Based upon the final of the congregation in the Jewish Year Book 1947 (or possibly 1948).

  • (iv) Although always listed in Jewish Year Books under the UOHC, the editions for 1937 through 1940 refer to the affiliation being solely to the burial society.
