Formation:

In 2015 Rabbi Zvi Solomons, the then minister of Reading Hebrew Congregation, was made redundant by that congregation. Shortly following, he and Rebbetzin Shira Solomons, with the encouragement of a number of members of the Reading Jewish community, established this congregation.⁽ⁱⁱⁱ⁾

Hebrew Classes:

The congregation operates a Chedar (Hebrew Classes), the only Jewish religion school in Reading.^(iv)
