9/20/2026 3:00 PM I’m looking for some clarification on a revision list record from 1875 Vieksniai. According to the Jewish Gen transcription, the record (entry #4, household #8) refers to a Yavnel Rakshteiga son of Khatskel. However, there is no age included for him. Please can you tell me: (1) What are the headings of the various columns? (2) In the image I can see a partially hidden column of numbers - is that column the age of the male individuals or something else? (3) Does any of the extra text on the page provide any context such as why he is included in this list, or further information about Yavnel Rakshteiga such as his age, eg could he be a new-born?
The image comes from Family Search: https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/film/102492096?i=363

Thank you!

9/20/2026 3:00 PM I’ve uploaded two images from 1858 revision lists from Zagare (accessed by Jewish Gen links to Family Search). From the JG transcript the first household (April RL, #134 - this image) is headed by Girsh Mulvidzin, and includes Girsh’s son Shmuel (23), his wife Reyze (22, d of Mendel) and daughter Rivka (2) (Reyze and Rivka’s ages are missing/incomplete in the transcript but clear in this image). There’s also an October RL record (labeled as household #6) which according to the transcription is for a Freyde Mulvidzin age 22, wife of Shmuel, with daughter Rivka age 2. I’d appreciate a complete transcription of the two records.

9/20/2026 3:00 PM Marriage of Enoch? Wengerki (later Harris Weinberg) and Sara Zarember. I'm interested in whether Enoch's mother was alive at the time (if the record indicates) and details regarding the couple - their full names, names of parents, towns, occupations. No need to translate standard language. Cyrillic letters plus how they sound would be amazing. Thank you!!

9/20/2026 3:00 PM Hi, I'd really appreciate help translating this 1871 Jewish marriage record from Łomża for Juszk Pejson and Chawa Romacki. I'm especially hoping to identify the bride and groom's parents, along with any ages, occupations, birthplaces, or references to earlier marriages or death records. Thank you so much for your help. 9/20/2026 2:59 PM From Szukaj w Archiwach.

Akta 9 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1861 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomza, Poland. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the child: Chaim ZARĘBER;
- his father: Juśk, son of Szmul ZARĘBER & Golda Chajmowna;
- his mother: Zelda, daughter of Abraham WAJNTROB & Mirka Idźkowicz.

Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read.
