Town of Buckhurst Hill Buckhurst Hill (population about 11,000) is an affluent suburban town in the local government district of Epping Forest, formed in 1974 within the county of Essex. It is situated just north of the boundary with the London Borough of Redbridge.
Jewish Community Jews settled in Buckhurst Hill, partly as a spill over from the neighbouring communities in Loughton and Chigwell.
