A typical microletter Shiviti, with Ibn Ezra's well-known:

"Man worries over the loss of his money, but does not worry over the loss of his days.
His money won't help him, his days will not return."

A Shiviti usually then finishes with some pious wish such as: "Trust in the Lord", but this one continues:

"Man goes after his his desire, but everyday he draws nigh to his death."
