		In March 1915, the Congregation moved from the City of London to a new purpose-built synagogue 
		in Egerton Road, Stamford Hill, London N16 6UB,(i)
		 built in 1914-15 and designed by architect Ernest M. Joseph. The synagogue interior was reconstructed from the 
		former City synagogue.
		 
		The synagogue, 
		together with attached school, is  a Grade II Listed Building (number 1264873), 
		designated on 27 September 1991.

		In 1987, the synagogue building was sold to the Bobov Chasidic Community 
		(and is used as
		Chasidey Bobov D'Ohel Naphtali and Yeshiva Bnei Zion Beth 
		Hemedrash) and the much-shrunken congregation continued to meet in Egerton Road, at the 
		Victoria Community Centre.
