First page of a letter from Julius Sanger in London sent to Louis and Sarah/Alta Schwartz (the brother-in-law of Julius's future wife Rachel Potashnikow). Eventually they both came to USA in 1907.

4/30/2024 6:58 AM He's consistently using the second person plural when writing. In other words, he's being properly polite and formal, not using the more familiar, intimate second person single.

The first part has the typical "I got your letter, strange you didn't get mine, I sent it etc."

Next: He's unhappy about something to do with her work - possibly, that she has to work so hard.
