The scan is already at 100% and not able to be enlarged, and it's hard to read in places.

Place and date of birth registration: Chełm, 7 (Julian) / 19 (Gregorian) October 1860 (I think - can't make the year out clearly as the stamp is on top).

Birth reported by father Moszek IZPAREL?, wyrobnik (labourer) aged 26, living in Chełm.

Witnesses to the registration: Leyb Hersz GOLDBLUM, bakalarz (schoolteacher) aged 69 and Lejzor Zysie RACHBIND, szkolnik aged 36, both living in Chełm.

Place and date of birth: Chełm, 10 (Julian) / 22 (Gregorian) October 1860 (? about year)

Mother: Fajga z Nudelow (daughter of Nudel? maiden name?) aged 25.

At the circumcision the child was named Abram Wulf.
