'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Asher was the name of one of the twelve sons of the Biblical Jacob, and the father of the tribe bearing his name.

Moshe is Moses; some men with this name have Morris as their secular name.

The 15th of Iyar, 5692, began at sunset on May 20th, 1932, and ended at sunset on the 21st. The secular date on the stone is the 20th, which would indicate that he passed away between sunset and midnight of that date.
