I see the ?? word as Pessel. Her Hebrew name was Pessel Libbeh daughter of Yisroel Meir.

the modest woman, PESSIL LEEBEH

daughter of Reb Yisrael Meir Danehvitz

She passed away 4 days into the month of Menachem Av

at the age of 52 years, 5659

May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.

She had a double name; Pessil and Leebeh are both Yiddish, with 'Leebeh' meaning 'the dear one'. (There seem to be various opinions of the meaning/origin of the name Pessil.)

'Reb' is an honorific; her father was not a rabbi. He had a common double name: Yisrael Meir. Yisrael is Israel, and Meir [MAY-EER] means one who brings light or one who brightens.

I have transcribed the family name as Danehvitz, as this is how the Hebrew reads.

The month of Menachem Av is also known by the shorter name of Av.

The 4th day of Menachem Av of the year 5659 began at sunset on July 10th, 1899, and ended at sunset on the 11th.
