AKTA 122 TRANSLATION | RUSSIAN TO ENGLISH
I would very much appreciate an English translation of Akta 122 from scan #34 of this document, which I believe is an 1895 birth record of Ruchla Rozenbaum. I am searching for information about my husband's grandmother of that name who married Abram Szteingarten and lived in Warsaw during WWII.

(not word for word but all vital info) Birth 122 reg. in Kaluszyn July 25, born Feb 18, 1895 of Rojza Ruchla ROZENBAUM dau. of Mordka Mendel, 22, shopkeeper from posad/gmina Otardiel?/Ozardiel?, Sokolow area and Sura Laja nee RZETELNA, 22

took place in a city of Kalushin in 19th of july 1895 at 5 pm. Josef (?) Goldenzvaig 25 years old, shoemaker, citizen of Kalushin, in a presence of of witnesses - Shmul Leib Biblyar 51 years old and Shmul Barukh Tetelbaum 72 yearsd old (unclear word) of the Kalushin - presented a baby boy and said that the baby was born in Kalushin on 12th of this month at 10 am by him (Josef Goldenzvaig ) and his lawfull wife Ester (maiden name Drzhev.. (unclear) 22 years old. Baby during circumcision was given names Itzek Maer. This document read to the witnesses and they signed it.

Came Adolf (or Volf) Osinsky, 30 years old, shoemaker, citizen of the village of Yanov of Minsk gmina (see Gmina in wikipedia) in a presence of witnesses Shmul Leib Biblyarzh, 51 years old and Shmul Barukh Tetelbaum 72 y.o. of the Kalushin presented a male baby. They declared that the baby was born in Kalushin on 15th of January 1891 from him (Osinsky) and his lawfull wife Khana (maiden name Miller, 30 y.o.). Ater the circumsicion, baby was named Abram Khuna.
This document read to the witnesses and they signed it.
