A bit tricky without the headings, but this is what I reckon.

In column order:

Record #564.

Date and place of birth: 10 August 1902, Krakow, 28 Sebastyana Street.

Date and place of naming ceremony: 16 August 1902, Krakow. There's a notation underneath saying RICHTER m.p.?, but I don't know what this refers to.

Name of child: Cecylia

Gender: daughter

Legitimate / Illegitimate: Illegitimate

Father: no details

Mother: Ruchel FRIEDMANN of Krakow, with her parents in Krakow, daughter of Mojzesz FRIEDMANN, handlarz zelarza (iron merchant) of Krakow and his wife Debora.

Underneath this and across the 2 columns is written:
Ruchel FRIEDMANN mother m.p.
Aron SPIRA?? witness m.p.
Moses FRIEDMANN witness m.p.

Officiant: Chaim Jakob PLESSNER (surname is perfectly clear here) of Krakow as cantor.

Midwife: Rozalia VOGLER of Krakow.

Sorry I don't know what the m.p. represents.
