This is the possible death record of my great-great aunt. I would like to get her birthdate and the names of her parents, at a minimum. Anything else of note would be great.

Place and date of death registration: Chełm, 28 February (Julian) / 12 March (Gregorian) 1850.

Death reported by Dawid SZKLARZ, szklarz (glazier) aged 40 and Jankiel RACHBIND, introligator (bookbinder) aged 52, both living in Chełm.

Place and date of death: Chełm, 25 February (Julian) / 9 March (Gregorian) 1850.

The deceased: Ester Sura WINER, daughter of Mendel and Chana Ita WINER living with parents in Chełm, aged one and a quarter years (it seems to say one and a half, but based on her birth date, it should perhaps be a quarter.
I can't quite make it out, though).
