137. After the creation of the state of Israel, a social campaign was organized to plant forests. In the forest next to Jerusalem is a commemoration with the inscription: Forest in memory of the martyrs of the Siedlce community |

In Jerusalem on Mount Zion there is a symbolic gravestone, a matzevah, with the inscription: For eternal remembrance on Mount Zion, in memory of the Martyrs of Siedlce, a city in Poland, who were murdered, burned, and buried alive during the years of the Holocaust 19391945 by the cursed Nazis. May their name be obliterated. God will avenge the blood [of the Martyrs]. 1948.
