This is a copy of a pewter plate which commemorates the marriage of my Great-grandfather Seideman in 5628 ( that translates to 1867 C.E. ). Would you please help me translate the Hebrew, and diagram it so I would know where on the rim, the words appear?. What do the 2 characters at the top, set off by 2 flower sprigs, signify? Also, What do the 3 characters in the center, signify?

Unfamiliar people at an unidentified beach sometime in the
1920s-30s. Somewhere in the Western Hemisphere? Russias, America,
Europe? Found in my Podolian-Ukrainian father's effects in New
York City. No idea if they are family or friends or even Jewish.
If anyone looks familiar, I'd very much appreciate hearing
from you. Thanks.

Record #'s 31 and 32 are the 1927 birth records from Kupishik, Lithuania for my mother and aunt showing that they are twins. My mother claims this is incorrect as she was born 1930. I need help in translating these records.
Thanks |

This photograph shows an older woman seated with a younger woman on each side standing. My grandfather believes they are his father's mother and 2 sisters. |
