This piece of paper was among other documents after my parents passed away. I need help figuring out what country this document refers to. It shows the name, the date and the town "Abramovci" and an acronym for the country, I can't figure out if it is C.C.R or L.L.R or something else, and also what country it stands for. Any help will be appreciated. |

Iwould appreciate analysis of "ear matching" by viewers who are knowledgeable in anatomy and/or forensics between this person and the person in the "Philadelphia ear" photo. The photo of the "Philadelphia ear" is definitely my grandfather. Could this be him 10 or 15 years earlier? |
