This is a beautiful epitaph paraphrasing biblical scripture to describe a Torah scholar's life long devotion.
He took upon himself the yoke of the Torah since the days of his youth (Avos 3:5, Iyuv- Job 33:25)
and he did not desist from enjoying it all his life (Iyov- Job, 7:11)
To fulfill the Mitzvos (commandments) he achieved and toiled since his youth till he was elderly. (Koheles- Ecclesiastes 2:21)
Just as his activities were pleasantly soulful so were his words of Torah all his days. (Mishlei-Proverbs 3:17, 16:24) He was a trusted emissary to send complete to his God.
An unblemished (without sin) father wholehearted to his children, guided them in his way. (Divrei Yomim - CHronocles II 6:30,
Rest now enlighten his fathers in his lofty heights.
(Bereishis-Genesis 1: 15)
the last five letters are an acronym of a verse "May his soul be bound in the bundle of life,"
a direct quote from the Book of the Prophet Samuel / Shmuel A, 25: 29, that is traditionally engraved on Jewish tombstones.

Bottom Box on left corner looks like itsays a name Hertz Freres or Beners??
