On  Response
12/24/2024 8:54 AM I noticed that no one responded. I tried by Zooming in on the image so I was able to read it barely. Not all of it is clear nut Knowing customary words used on Tombstones and how they are spelled I was able to discern most of it barring some possible errors.
Across the top her name Yuta Chaya Mondrowitch
in the arch are two letters which are an acronym for Here rests or Here is buried
An Important and dear Woman
and honored (respected), and God Fearing, Madame
Yuta Chaya
daughter of Reb Moshe Katriel of blessed memory
passed away in the 62 year of her life
the 10th of Teves in the 5692 (year since the world was created)
The five letters on the bottom lighter part of the stone row are the initials of a verse "May his soul be bound in the bundle of life"
A direct quote from the Book of the Prophet Samuel / Shmuel A, 25: 29, that is traditionally engraved on Jewish tombstones.
Observations
The name Yuta is often pronounced casually Ita
ON the stone her name Chaya is spelled with just the Chet, Yud and an apostrophe since writing the letter Hey would spell God's name and that is avoided.
The words " אשה חשוה ishah chashuvah" used to describe her, don't just mean "important woman," it implies that others held her in high esteem due to her piety, observance of the mitzvos and/or her communal good deeds.
Her father's name Moshe is rooted in the Torah, Moshe in English is Moses. Katrial is a name of one of God's angels mentioned in the Talmud.
Her year of her death is unclear, it looks like it is either 5692 or 5693. In any event the day is a very significant day in Judaism.
The 10th of Teves is the day Nebuchadnezzar of Babylonia began his siege of Jerusalem over 2,500 years ago that resulted in the destruction of Solomon's Temple. Till today it is commemorated as a day of fasting, mourning and additional prayers.
