Явилась Хая Бад, урождённая Школович, работница, 46 лет, проживающая в посаде Рашан и в присутствии свидетелей: Менделя Боровки, школьника,84 года и
Хацкеля Карн, школьника,47 лет
и представили нам младенца женского пола, объявляя, что он родился в посаде Рашан 5 декабря 1898 года, как прижитой ею с законным мужем Мошком Бад, работником, 47 лет.
Младенцу этому наречена имена: Сура-Фейга.
Акт прочитан и присутствующими подписан.
Мать неграмотная.
Чиновник Гражданского Состояния.

Act No. 24. Posad Rashan. June 29, 1909.
Khaya Bad, née Shkolovich, a 46 year old worker, who lived in the settlement of Rashan, appeared in the presence of witnesses:
Mendel Borovka, a schoolboy, 84 years old, and
Hatzkel Karn, a schoolboy, 47 years old, and presented to us a female infant, declaring that it
was born in the settlement of Rashan on December 5, 1898,
as conceived by her with her lawful husband, Moshek Bad, a worker, 47 years old.
The infant was given the name Surah Feiga.
The document has been read and signed by those present.
The mother is illiterate.
Civil Status official.
