Акт № 33. Посад Рашан. 3 августа 1909 года.
Явилась Хая Райзля Бад, урождённая Мишл… ?, работница, 38 лет, проживающая в посаде Рашан и в присутствии свидетелей: Менделя Боровки, школьника,84 года и Хацкеля Карн, школьника,47 лет
и представили нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя, что он родился в посаде Рашан 14 июня 1905 года от законного мужа Ицека Элия Бад, работником, 40 лет. Младенцу этому при обрезании наречено имя: Ария- Лейб.
Акт прочитан и присутствующими подписан. Мать неграмотная.
Чиновник Гражданского Состояния.

Act No. 33. Posad Rashan. August 3, 1909.
Haya Raizl Bad, née Mishl… ?, a worker, aged 38, residing in the settlement of Rashan, appeared in the presence of witnesses:
Mendel Borovki, a schoolboy, aged 84, and
Hatzkel Karn, a schoolboy, aged 47, and presented to us a male infant, declaring that he was born in the settlement of Rashan
on June 14, 1905, to the lawful husband, Itsek Elia Bad, a worker, aged 40.
This infant was given the name Aryeh-Leib at the time of circumcision.
The document was read and signed by those present.
The mother is illiterate.
Civil Status official.
