Явился лично Ицк Беркович Беркман, переплётчик, проживающий в городе Ломж, 35 лет и в присутствии свидетелей :
Осея Сробрницкого, переплётчика, 38 лет и
Ицка Чарек, торговца муки, 60 лет
и предъявили нам младенца женского пола, объявляя, что она родилась 12/24 августа прошлого года в 5 часов утра от законной его жены Гитли Пелтыковны ,30 лет. Имя дано Зельда.
Акт прочитан и присутствующими подписан.
Чиновник Гражданского Состояния.

Osey Srobrnitsky, a bookbinder, aged 38, and
Izka Charek, a flour merchant, aged 60, and presented to us a female infant, declaring that she
was born on August 12/24 of the previous year at 5 a.m. to his lawful wife, Gitli Peltikovna, aged 30. The name given was Zelda.
The act was read and signed by those present.
Official of the Civil Status.
