Явился лично старозаконный Wolf Hitman/Вольф Гитман, работник, 21 год, живущий в посаде Бискупице, и в присутствии свидетелей старозаконных Нусен Бурштин, крамара (Крамар (от слова «крам» — мелочной, щепетильный товар) — это еврейский лавочник или разносчик, который торговал мелкими, часто женскими товарами: иголками, нитками, лентами, другими мелочами.) , 52 год и Янкель Гольдбург, школьника,47 лет, оба два в посаде Бискупице живущих, и предъявили нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя ,что он родился в посаде Бискупице 11/23 июня текущего года (1886 года) в 6 часов утра от его жены Идесы из Тухшнайдеров (девичья фамилия Тухшнайдер), супругов Гитманов,21 год.
Младенцу этому при обрезании дано имя Хаим Гитман.
