Hello,

Zysla Serka SZYDŁO, 1 year old, died in Warsaw on 19 June 1839 at 5 o’clock in the morning.

Her father is the declarant, Abraham Chaim SZYDŁO, shoemaker, 50 years old, residing in Warsaw at House No. 211 on ulica Brzozowa.

Her father is Laia née [daughter of] Lewek.

Date of death registration: 19 June 1839.

Death reported by Abraham Chaim SZYDŁO, cobbler aged 50, residing in Warsaw at #211 Brzozowa Street, in the presence of witnesses Izrael WINER, glazier aged 25 and Faiwel GANTZ, labourer aged 32, both residing in Warsaw.

Date of death: 19 June 1839.

The deceased: Zysla Serka aged 1, daughter of the first named and and his wife Laia z (from the house of) Lewków (Lewek).
