Masorti - Conservative. The congregation describes itself as "a multi-generational, egalitarian and inclusive community who come together to davven (pray), celebrate the Jewish holidays and learn." Members of the congregation use "the traditional Ashkenazi prayer book."(v)


The congregation is an associate member of Masorti Judaism (known as the Assembly of Masorti Synagogues until 2012).(vi)

Many of the congregation's members are also members of one of the Orthodox synagogues or the Reform ssynagogue in Leeds and would accordingly contribute to burial funds of such synagogues.
