Felpham & Middleton-on-Sea Felpham and its eastern neighbour, Middleton-on-Sea, with populations respectively of about 10,000 and 5,000, are villages on the English South Coast, just to the east of Bognor Regis. (Felpham is now effectively part of the urban area of Bognor Regis.) Since 1974, both villages have been within the local government District of Arun, within the county of West Sussex. Littlehampton, lying slightly further to the east, and Bognor Regis are also within the District of Arun.
