Volunteers Needed

Our activities and accomplishments depend on dedicated volunteers.  Please help us.  Here are our current needs:

Moderators (two or three): Share the task of moderating the postings on our German Jewish SIG listserver.

Monitor JewishGen Discussion Group (the general discussion): Read through all the JewishGen Discussion Group messages on a daily basis.  Direct people whose postings are related to Germany to our SIG. Send them a message asking them to join the group and telling them how to do so.

Search JewishGen Discussion Group Archives:  Using key words that identify German connections, search archives to find people whose postings relate to our German Jewish SIG.  Send them a message asking them to join the group and telling them how to do so.

Review JewishGen Family Finder:  Review German listings and direct those people to our SIG whose family connections are to Germany.  Send them a message asking them to join the group and telling them how to do so.
