Let�s Get Organized teaches practical strategies for organizing and streamlining your work. From sophisticated folder hierarchies to research management and cloud solutions, make documenting your family history more efficient and enjoyable!

Course Outline

Week 1: Folder hierarchies, proper labeling, meta data and cross referencing, searching on your computer.

Week 2: Advanced spreadsheets for targeted research, research logs and notes, sourcing work effectively.

Week 3: Cloud organization, advanced databases, working and collaborating online.

Week 4: Drop in session for one-on-one help.

Format

4 Zoom sessions once weekly. Classes will be held 3-4pm EST on Sundays Feb 2-23.

Requirements

Basic to intermediate computer and internet skills. Must also be familiar with Microsoft Excel or a similar version.
