Overview

A book uses the power of images, documents, and text to tell the story of your family’s struggles, milestones, and achievements in an engaging format. The book showcases all the genealogical research you’ve done, and carefully selected documents and photos enhance the presentation.

Format

JewishGen can help you design and create a stunning book using your Ancestry family tree along with your stories, photos, and documents. Your Family History book will be created by your JewishGen designer and published using third party, MyCanvas. It is available in a hardback or PDF version. You will be responsible for ordering your book directly from MyCanvas.

Requirements

A 45-minute Virtual Conversation is required before purchasing this service. During the session we will explain the process, discuss your goals, size of your book, and check that your Ancestry tree contains the documents, photos, and stories you would like to include. The cost of this session is $36.

Tuition

Our book design fee starts at $350 for a 20-page book. You have the option to add pages in consultation with your JewishGen book designer for an additional design fee.
