The Chevra Tillim of Boston and Chevra Mishnias of Chelsea Cemetery, established in 1919, combines the two societies in a single cemetery lot within The Everett Jewish Cemeteries. There are two brick chapels on the grounds. Headstones photographed include burials from 1921 through the 2000s with a number of notable Boston, Chelsea and Eastern European Rabbis interred here. Many of the headstones are entirely in Hebrew. One headstone appeared to have been removed [Row 26 Left #22]. Additional information may be obtained at: https://everettjewishcemeteries.com/ This set of data, photographs, transcription and translation provided by Pauline Shapiro Flanagan, a great granddaughter to immigrants from Krakenava and Anyksciai Lithuania who settled in Chelsea in the early 1900s.
