Cemetery Description: |
Hebrew Memorial Park - Workmens Circle Cemetery, Stoliner Section, Clinton Township, MI, US. 116 burials total.
The Stoliner section is in Workmen's Circle Cemetery, managed by and adjacent to Hebrew Memorial Park. The cemetery has its own entrance from Gratiot Avenue, just north of the one for Hebrew Memorial. Driving into the cemetery, heading east, the section will be on the left side. It is distinguishable by a small brick building, which is the Ohel for the Detroiter Rebbe, (zt'l) Yaakov Chaim Perlow. There is a small sign to the right of the building labeled "Stoliner." The section consists of ten rows - 5 for women, 5 for men. The first few and last few rows have only a handful of graves. There is a small children's section in the back (W5). There are also two sidewalks that crisscross through this section dividing it into quadrants.
All photographs were taken by Adina Lipsitz. Tombstone information was transcribed by Joshua Perlman & Adina Lipsitz.
