Between 24-Jun-1943 and 31-May-1946 all bodies were removed from the Woodland Jewish Cemetery to either the Woodland City Cemetery of to the Home of Peace Cemetery in Sacramento, CA. The last internment in the Woodland Jewish Cemetery was in 1939. The dedication as a Jewish Cemetery was rescinded on 30-Nov-1953. Part of the old cemetery was given to the YMCA and the rest of the property was sold to the City of Woodland to be used as a park. The cemetery can be contacted at 530-661-5887
