The present Jewish cemetery is a consecrated section of the Southern Memorial Park. It is perhaps the only ocean-front cemetery in the U.S. The section is separated by two rows of bushes. All markers are the flat bronze style. The earliest marker dates from 1967. Tombstone readings were taken in 1996 by Julian H. Preisler of Falling Waters, Berkeley County, West Virginia.
