Box 393, Lock Haven, PA 17745; translations by Rabbi David Ostrich, Tzippi Zach, Gilda Kurtzman, Marcy Zaslow, Batya Gottlieb, Chaim, Rivka. Land for cemetery deeded 1 July 1874 to Hebrew Cemetery Association; additional land deeded 20 Dec 1899 to Morris Claster, Harry Claster, Nathan Sil and Max Furia; additional land conveyed 15 May 1911 to Harris Claster, Morris Claster, and Ellis Claster. Cemetery reorganized 14 February 1939 as Beth Yehuda Cemetery Association. Trustees oversee cemetery; current caretaker is Phyllis Cohen. Cemetery remains active to this day.
