Semey, Kazakhastan was formerly known as Semipalatinsk in Russian. This list is based on the registration books of the dead and buried in the Jewish cemetery of Semipalatinsk. The original is kept by the AL Mindlin, a resident of Semipalatinsk. This list is an appendix to the book by Nina Krutova ""Jews in the land of East Kazakhstan"" Nina Krutova is an archivist at the Museum of Ust Kamengorsk, Kazakhstan and donated these records.
