Leeds Hilltop Cemeteries, Leeds, England. 2,973 burials total.
Leeds Hill Top Cemeteries contain the burial grounds for a number of Synagogues past and present. They have been in use from 1875 until 1970 (with some later burials, primarily in reserved plots). Following several incidences of subsidence, these cemeteries were declared unsafe by the Leeds Jewish Orthodox Cemeteries Committee and were closed to the general public in 2008.
