Small, neatly-arranged, unfenced cemetery, directly behind the larger, ultra-orthodox cemetery, which is about 2.5 times its size. Very well maintained.
There are several photos for some graves, as the headstones often stood for 2 burials with individual footstones, or where there is a ceramic photograph.
Directions: Autoroute des Laurentides - #15 North, Exit at #39 (Mirabel/Lachute/Ste-Sophie), route #158 East to Masson (approx. 6 mi.), turn right onto Masson for about 1 mi., to 2nd St., turn right; go up hill about 1 mile. Shul is on 2nd Street, approx. ½ mile down the road, cemetery - 1 mile. |
