Polish Jewish Survivors: Lubeck
BackgroundJewish survivors located in Germany after the war sought to establish/restore contacts with relatives/friends around the world, particularly in Palestine, the United States and Argentina. This list contains 146 names of Polish Jewish survivors, men and women, mostly in their thirties. Name, date and place of birth are given, and, in most cases, they listed persons they sought to contact. The information on each sought for contact varies from very specific, e.g. S. Potok at Borochov 8 in Tel Aviv, to vague, e.g. I Zysman, New York. Using other sources of information, it is often possible to determine what happened to these individuals, e.g. emigrated Israel.
