BACKGROUND

This is a small set of 43 victims of the Holocaust from the town of Angermünde.  Angermünde is a town in the district of Uckermark in the state of Brandenburg, Germany. It is about 43 miles (69 km) northeast of Berlin.  The city prepared the list during the 70^th anniversary of the end of World War II.  The city prepared the list with data they accumulated from Yad Vashem.
