Palanga, 12.8.1937 | |
I had a happy surprise today when I received the news about your marriage. Right now I'm in a summer resort by the sea. Well, I'm sending you my greetings and best wishes from the green shores of the Baltic Sea, a brother's blessing on your happiest day. May you build your home in the free and independent Land of Israel. I think that it is unnecessary to bless a lot in the family circle, so my few lines will be a memento and a blessing for you on your happiest day. I came here, to Palanga, two weeks ago to rest from work. I'm thinking of going back to work to Raseiniai next week. I rested well for two weeks and now I can start the hard work. I receive frequent letters from home, and they also send me the letters that they receive from abroad. Some time ago I met Sheva Metachlis who returned again to Israel. She told me that she lives in the same room with Shoshanna. I ask you, and especially the new Avraham, to write me so we can become better acquainted through an exchange of letters.
Be well, yours Moshe |
