Two delegates from Nowy Dwor attended the 4th Zionist national conference in Poland, which took place August 1821, 1919: Reb [respectful form of address] Shimshen Note Srebrenik (#170 on the list of delegates) and Lipe Mundlak (#150). At the conference, Lipe Mundlak joined Yisroel Mereminski's Tseiri Zion faction. Greetings were sent by telegram by the leadership of the Nowy Dwor Jewish kehile [organized Jewish community], other Zionist organizations, and the Jewish faction in the city council.
The report of the 5th national conference of Zionist organizations in Poland (Lodz, July 21August 5, 1921) indicates that in the year prior to the conference 575 shekels [tokens denoting contributions to the Zionist cause] had been sold in Nowy Dwor. The only delegate from Nowy Dwor to this conference was Lipe Mundlak.
At the 6th national conference of Zionist organizations (April 1720, 1923), Reb Shimen Note Srebrenik was the delegate from Nowy Dwor.
A table In the report of the Zionist central committee of Poland for the time period January 13, 1930 January 31, 1932, listing the number of members sent by all the towns, shows that Nowy Dwor had 106 preregistered members of Zionist organizations at the 9th conference (January 56, 1930) and only 50 registered members at the 10th conference.
