Handwritten Yiddish draft of a speech, page 1 of 5 (cursive, ballpoint on plain paper). Header, as I read it: Vayakhel, year letter unclear (5703 or 5708?), "motzei shabbos", and "banquet [?], Felshtin". We would like a full transcription and translation. Especially needed: the opening address and the names on lines 4-5 (possibly "Mr. Meyer Hoffman"); page 2 may have a line about "one of the founders" of a society. Pages 2-5 can follow if volunteers want to help. Thank you.
