I believe this is the birth record for my Great Aunt and Great Uncle, Freida and Natan Yakob Klausner. I believe they were twins. I would like to have the column headings and information on rows 10 and 11 translated from Polish to English.

2. The birth: 10 January 1882, Dąbrowa, house #28.

3. The circumcision/naming ceremony: 17 January 1882, Dąbrowa, house #28 (the bris) / 14 January 1882, Dąbrowa synagogue (the naming ceremony).

4. The child: Natan Yakób, male / Freida, female. The bracket across these 2 squares has the Polish word for twins.

5. Birth status: illegitimate for both.

6. Father: Mojżesz KLAUZNER, spice trader in Dąbrowa.

7. Mother: Feicza SZAPIRA, daughter of Natan and Małka SZAPIRA, former innkeepers in Breń, deceased (unclear who is deceased).

8. Witnesses/sandek/godparents:
for Natan: Sandek: Alter KLAUSNER, merchant in Brzesko. For Freida: Leib SZWARZ, innkeeper in Dąbrowa.

9. Mohel: Chaim KNOBLOCH in Dąbrowa.

10. Midwife: Sara SZEIN in Dąbrowa.

11. Stillbirth: -

12. Comments: The father acknowledged his paternity and requested that the child be registered [under his name]; upon his request, he was registered as the child's father (for both children)
