Hi - I’m trying to confirm whether this birth record (Akta No. 40, dated 1893, from the posad of Zambrów) is for a girl named Bejla, surname Geftman, father’s given name possibly “Ick” or “Icek,” and if possible the mother’s name as well.

Could someone help with:

A full transcription/translation of the entry for Akta No. 40 (bottom-left block of image)
Specifically: the child’s full name, exact date of birth, father’s full name and patronymic, and mother’s name (including maiden name, if given)
Any other identifying details in the entry (residence, occupation, witnesses) that might help confirm or rule out a family connection is also appreciated.

Context: I’m researching my own family’s history and trying to determine whether this Bejla is my great-grandmother, who would have been born in this district around 1891–1893. This was the only birth that appeared to match. Any help transcribing this is greatly appreciated!

No. 40. Zambrov Posad. July 6/18, 1893.
Yitzchak Avygder (two names) appeared. Moshkovich Gefman, a merchant, aged 36,

in the presence of witnesses Israel Tsybelman, aged 60, and Borukha Solyarzh, aged 42, schoolchildren (religious officials), all three residents of the settlement of Zambrow, presented us with a female infant, declaring that it was

born in the settlement of Zambrow on July 1/13 of the previous year (1892) to his lawful wife, Rifka Ley (two names), née Safran, aged 23.

This infant has been given the name Beila.

The untimely declaration of the act was due to the negligence of the declarant (the child’s father).

The act was drawn up, read to those present, and then signed by Us and the witnesses, except for the declarant due to his illiteracy.

Civil Registry Office official.
