If you look at this link, you'll see what it says, although you've pretty much got it all already:

https://forum.jri-poland.org/t/how-can-i-read-polish-language-birth-marriage-and-death-records/13581

Here are the main details somewhat corrected:
Birth registered in Kalisz on 9 May 1834 by father, Icek PARNOCZOWSKI (this seems to be the way PARENCZOW, which is his surname in his marriage record, has been recorded) KATZ, stallholder aged 23, residing in Kalisz.

Witnesses to the registration: Icek SZYLEM, glazier aged 44 and Haiman Markus KOTT, furrier aged 30, residing in Kalisz.

Male child born in Kalisz on 1 May 1834 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon to his spouse Trana (née KOTT) KATZ aged 26.  At the circumcision the child was named Mosiek Majer.

An interesting side note: The marriage was between Icek PARENCZOW and Trana KATZ, so I'm not sure where KOTT comes from in the birth record. Possibly the clerk was confused by the witness surname?
