Hello all, I'd be grateful for a translation of this document, particularly to know the father's name. it's been suggested this could be Srul or Froim, but i do not read Russian. Thank you!

№40. Состоялось в посаде Белжицах 13/25 марта 1893 года.
Явился еврей Сруль Дорнштраух, сапожник, живущий в Белжицах, 30 лет и в присутствии свидетелей Хемии Розенберга, торговца, 49 лет и Сруля Каца, школьника, 38 лет и предъявили нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя ,что он родился в Белжицах 6/18 текущего месяца и текущего года в 1 час ночи (6/18 марта 1893 года) от законной его жены Хума, урожденная Гольдштайн, 27 лет. Младенцу этому при обрезании даны имена: Шмуль- Герш.
Акт объявляющему и свидетелям прочитан и подписан; объявляющий не грамотный.
Содержащий Акты Гражданского Состояния.

No. 40. Drawn up in the town of Bełżyce on March 13/25, 1893. Appeared Srul Dornsztrauch, a shoemaker residing in Bełżyce, aged 30, in the presence of witnesses Chemia Rosenberg, a merchant, aged 49, and Srul Katz, a schoolboy, aged 38; they presented to us a male infant, declaring that he was born in Bełżyce on the 6th/18th of the current month and year at 1:00 a.m. (March 6/18, 1893) to his lawful wife, Chuma (née Goldsztajn), aged 27. Upon circumcision, the infant was given the names Shmul-Gersh. The act was read to the declarant and the witnesses and signed; the declarant is illiterate. Civil Status Registry.
